Barnyard Buddies: A Magical Mommy & Me Farm Class
Looking for a meaningful Mommy & Me activity near Chula Vista, Eastlake, Bonita, or San Diego? Barnyard Buddies gives toddlers and preschoolers a magical morning filled with gentle farm animals, creative projects, outdoor play, and special time with a parent or grandparent. Children also enjoy a gentle horseback ride every week and an egg hunt that leads to the Enchanted Cottage, where they fish for candy.
What Children Experience Each Week
Each Barnyard Buddies class is designed to feel like a complete little farm adventure. Children learn through animals, movement, creativity, nature, and play while sharing the experience with someone they love.
Sing together and enjoy a welcoming circle time
Meet and gently hold chickens, bunnies, and quail
Create a special hands-on art project
Enjoy a gentle horseback ride every week
Follow an egg hunt to the Enchanted Cottage and fish for candy
Play and explore in our nature playground
Enjoy bubbles and water-table play during warm weather
Class Schedule and Pricing
Barnyard Buddies is offered twice each week, with classes on both Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Families may choose the day that works best for them and attend that same class each week.
Monthly enrollment is $120 per child. Drop-in visits are available for $35 per child when space allows. Adults attend at no additional charge.
Who Is Barnyard Buddies For?
Barnyard Buddies is designed for toddlers and preschoolers, generally ages 16 months through 4 years, accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or other trusted adult. Younger siblings and babies are welcome to come along, and adults are encouraged to join in the fun and share each special experience with their child.

What to Wear and Bring
Children should wear comfortable clothes, long pants, and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking and riding at the farm. Please bring water, sunscreen, and a hat when the weather is warm. Riding helmets are provided for every child.
